A low-angle tracking method for tactical monopulse radars
Abstract
A method which combines frequency agility with a wide bandwidth and low-angle tracking data processing is proposed. Results of a field test show the method's efficiency. It can be used in tracking low-altitude flying targets. Compared to the UWB and millimeter wave technique, it is more easily realized and better suited to various tactical monopulse radars.
