Anomalous behavior of current noise in YBaCuO in microbolometers above Tc
Abstract
The current flicker noise of YBa2Cu3O(7-delta) microbolometers in the form of strips varying in size from 10x3 to 26x13 microns was investigated experimentally in the temperature range 80-300 K. The measurements were conducted at 10 and 20 Hz for a current of 1 mA with an accuracy to within + or - 4 percent. Anomalous current noise peaks were observed in all the microbolometers tested in the temperature range 90-150 K. Possible explanations for this effect are proposed.
