Anomalous thermodynamic characteristics of the S/N superlattice
Abstract
State densities are determined for superconducting and normal monoatomic superlattice layers. It is shown that the energy corresponding to the maximum state density may exceed the standard BCS value of 1.76 Tc. Singularities in the behavior of the state density are examined.
