Effect of intermediate vibration in ceramic superconductor YBa2Cu3Ox
Abstract
The transport critical current density Jc in the ceramic superconductor YBa2Cu3Ox was improved by an intermediate vibration introduced during the preparation process. A dependence of Jc on the vibrational parameters, frequency and amplitude, was found. The improved Jc was shown to be accompanied by the enhancement in the orientation degree. Furthermore, a theoretical discussion was tried to explain the Jc dependence.
