Identification and modeling of electron systems in the presence of strong electromagnetic interference
Abstract
The paper deals with the problem of the synthesis of a generalized mathematical model of radioelectronic devices. The possibility of using the mathematical formalism of generalized Volterra functional series for the construction of the generalized model is demonstrated. An algorithm for the identification of model parameters is proposed; the difficulties involved in the identification process are defined, and ways of overcoming these difficulties are shown. An example of the numerical modeling of a nonlinear overvoltage protection device for radioelectronic equipment is presented.
