Reverse superconductivity of gallium-doped Er-Ba-Cu-O compound
Abstract
This paper investigates the occurrence of reverse superconductivity in (ErBa2Cu3O(6.69) containing 0.15 mass pct Ga. The behavior of superconductivity parameters Tc and Delta-Tc of the synthesized sample of Ga-doped Er-Ba-Cu-O was investigated by measuring the specific resistance of a sample placed in a magnetic field and subjected to currents of different intensity.
