Characteristics of the diagnostics of time-varying random irregularities of a waveguide using complex pulsed signals
Abstract
The scattering properties of complex signals by time-varying random irregularities of the waveguide are analyzed theoretically. It is shown that the time variability of the irregularities can lead to a substantial attenuation of the scattered signal compared with the case of 'frozen' irregularities.
