Low-frequency noise of thick polycrystalline YBa2Cu3O(7-x) layers
Abstract
The resistance and spectral density of voltage fluctuations of thick (about 22 microns) polycrystalline YBa2Cu3O(7-x) layers were investigated as a function of the dc current, magnetic field, and temperature in the superconducting transition region. A strong current dependence of the resistance is observed in the superconducting transition region. A maximum of resistance fluctuations in the superconducting transition region corresponds to a certain value of the relative resistance change, and the dependence of spectral density of resistance fluctuations on the relative resistance change remains approximately the same.
