Frequency and phase fluctuations of radio waves at two spaced receivers during the circumsolar-plasma occultation and the solar wind velocity
Abstract
The frequency and phase fluctuations of decimeter waves from Venera 15 and 16 (during May-June 1984) are investigated. The delay time of fluctuation effects on different ray paths are determined via the simultaneous registration of signals from the two spacecraft at two earth stations. The velocity of plasma irregularities and their spatial variations are obtained from these data.
