Clear-up effects and radiative transfer in a medium with large-scale fluctuations of scattering concentration.

In the approach of the transfer equation the emission propagating in a media with large-scale fluctuations of scattering concentration is considered. It is shown that these fluctuations lead to clear-up effects and the scattering attenuation is stronger than the absorbtion one. The latter can lead to increasing of brightness of the semi-infinite isothermic media with fluctuations of scattering concentration.
