A possible interpretation of the main features of 60-year geomagnetic variations.
Abstract
It is suggested that Braginskii's (1970) model may not be applicable to noncophase delta f60 in different regions. It is pointed out that the noncophase character may be due to the fact that these variations are produced by processes that occur independently in separate limited regions of the earth's core.
