Polarized radiation of circumstellar origin
Abstract
Various papers on polarized radiation of circumstellar origin are presented. Topics addressed include: magnetic cataclysmic variables, current observational outlook on AM Her variables, IR and optical polarimetry of AM Her binaries, X-ray properties of AM Her stars, theory of magnetic cataclysmic binary X-ray sources, cyclotron radiation from AM Herculis type systems, accretion shock geometries in the magnetic variables, observations of DQ Her stars, circumstellar environment and polarimetry of symbiotic stars, circumstellar dust formation in CH Cygni, optimal polarimetry of luminous late-type variables (LLTVs), atmospheric structure and stellar winds from LLTVs, dusty circumstellar envelopes, numerical simulation of the polarization in LLTV envelopes, polarization properties of T Tauri stars, polarimetry of B(e) stars, polarization variability and deduced parameters for WR stars, spectropolarimetry as a probe of the structure of WR envelopes, multicolor polarimetry of WR binaries, broadband optical polarimetry and masses of WR stars, spectropolarimetry of SN1987A, calibration of the Hubble Space Telescope, and polarimetry at various observatories.
