A Discussion of the Six Color System to Measure Carbon Isotope Ratios
Abstract
The author discusses the six-color narrow-band infrared (7820 - 9048 Å) system developed by R. F. Wing and I. R. Marenin at Ohio State University in 1971. He observed several hundred stars using this system. He discusses some of his results and some of the observing problems encountered.
