Investigation of amplification processes in a regenerative amplifier based on a diffraction-radiation generator
Abstract
An experimental investigation of an 8-mm-band regenerative amplifier based on a diffraction-radiation generator is presented. The main HF parameters of the device were measured: the gain for different values of the working current and input signal, the bandwidth for a fixed frequency, and the noise coefficient.
