Incoherent scattering of channeled electrons
Abstract
An analysis is made of the incoherent interaction of relativistic channeled electrons with elementary excitations of a crystal lattice. New features of transverse-motion level width during axial channeling are elucidated. Spectral emission densities of electrons with energies of 4 and 21 MeV channeled in a silicon crystal along the 111 axis are calculated.
