Investigation of the conductivity of YBa2Cu3O(7-x) single crystals in a wide frequency range
Abstract
The resistance of crystals of the high-temperature superconductor YBa2Cu3O(7-x) was measured by a dc four-contact technique and by a noncontact technique in the MHz and GHz ranges. Results of noncontact measurements indicate that the crystals have a macroscopic inhomogeneity in the direction of the c axis. A frequency dependence of rho-parallel(T) was not observed.
