Analysis and design of rotationally symmetric dielectric loaded waveguides and horns
Abstract
A cylindrical mode matching approach has been used to analyze dielectric loaded waveguides and horns. The method is capable of analyzing structures with many annular regions of different dielectrics. The technique has been validated by comparing with experimental results obtained for measurements on a very wide band low cross-polar horn.
