Microscopic cluster theory for nuclear systems
Abstract
Two subjects, based on the microscopic cluster theory, will be discussed: (i) multi-configuration resonating-group studies of few-nucleon systems, with the purpose being to gain an understanding of the intricate interplay of various cluster configurations, and (ii) effects of antisymmetrization in nuclear scattering, with the emphasis being to learn the influence of the Pauli principle on the effective nucleus- nucleus interaction.
