Image conversion in semiconductor-dielectric structures
Abstract
Physical phenomena associated with the recording and conversion of images in multilayered semiconductor-dielectric structures are discussed. Particular attention is given to the nonlinear-optical and photoelectric phenomena in semiconductor-liquid crystal structures. The properties of the structures are studied under different conversion conditions.
