Comparative holographic interferometry - A versatile tool for flaw detection
Abstract
The basic principles of comparative holographic interferometry are presented. The interference pattern gives contours of path variations related to the difference in displacements of two specimens. After confirming the experimental feasibility of the method, its applicability to flaw detection is demonstrated.
