A quantum particle in a nonstationary Coulomb potential
Abstract
A full system of exact solutions is obtained for the nonstationary Schroedinger equation with a Coulomb potential whose charge changes in accordance with a special law. The amplitudes of the transitions between the stationary states of the discrete spectrum are calculated for two limiting cases. The solution procedure is described.
