Gas desorption at the interaction of laser radiation with a matter
Abstract
The experimental installation, techniques and investigation results on gas molecule desorption under power laser radiation interaction with solid state targets made of lead, copper and titanium by the KUTI laser atomic accelerator are described. Mass-spectrometric analysis of desorption products was made. Dependences between desorbed molecule quantity and energy in laser radiation pulse, number of hits on one region of the target, and the relationship between desorbed molecule density and time have been obtained. The preparation procedure for laser atomic sources for KUTI targets is discussed.
