Resonant dechanneling in crystals with a superlattice
Abstract
Resonant dechanneling of particles in a superlattice crystal is analyzed. The results are valid for electrons and ions as well as for positrons. Conditions are established for primary and secondary resonances, and it is shown that the presence or absence of certain resonances yields information on the form of the perturbation operator for the homogeneous channel potential and on the nature of the distortion in the superlattice itself.
