Adaptive methods for determining the number and spatial parameters of signals in multichannel reception systems
Abstract
An adaptive Bayesian approach is used to synthesize adaptive algorithms for determining the number and spatial parameters of sources of reflected signals of sufficiently high intensity in multichannel systems admitting the separation of processing into spatial and temporal. The capabilities of the algorithms are demonstrated through the mathematical modeling of a simple multichannel system operating according to two close sources of reflected signals.
