Construction of binary sequences on the basis of eigenvectors of Walsh matrices
Abstract
It is proposed that eigenfunctions of the discrete Walsh transformation be used to construct binary coding sequences. Methods for determining the eigenvectors of the Walsh matrix are presented. It is shown that the sequences obtained have a uniform energy spectrum in the Walsh basis, display sufficiently good correlation properties, and make it possible to achieve fast correlation decoding-discrimination.
