Three-frequency interaction of space-charge-wave beams in a semiconductor film with electron drift
Abstract
An analysis of the nonlinear stationary interaction of monochromatic space-charge-wave beams indicates that a spatial separation of the interacting waves occurs due to their different dispersion velocities in the case of a sufficiently strong increase of the difference beam. It is noted that the spatial separation effect can be used in an active distributed mixer to isolate the difference signal at its output.
