Relaxation dc SQUIDs
Abstract
The fabrication of integral relaxation dc SQUIDs based on transitions in MnN-Nb/PbSb is reported, and results of the first measurements of their characteristics are presented. In particular, volt-ampere characteristics are shown for several series of devices, with critical interferometer currents varying from 10 to 200 microamperes. The conversion coefficient has a maximum value of 100 microvolts per magnetic flux quantum, as measured in specimens with critical currents of 40-50 microamperes, which corresponds to l = 6-7.
