Heat transfer characteristics over a flat plate with vectored surface mass transfer
Abstract
The heat transfer characteristics of laminar, forced convection over a flat plate with a uniformed, vectored surface mass transfer are obtained by an implicit finite difference technique. The uniform surface heat flux is considered. Compared with the heat transfer rate and the skin friction coefficient, the results of present work are found to be in agreement with those of local nonsimilarity work.
