Photometric observations of the emission B star CX Dra (HD 174237).
Abstract
UBV electrophotometric observations of the emission B star CX Dra (HD 174237) were performed in 1981 - 1984. The individual observations are listed and the mean curves presented. The period of CX Dra light variations turned out to be the same as that of an orbital motion. The variability amplitude is ≈0m.12 in the ultraviolet. The minimum is observed near the phase of 0.7. The light variations are of the same mode as those of AX Mon. The light decrease for the star under study might be explained due to gas streams as in the case of AX Mon.
