Multichannel automatic device for measuring ultralow temperatures
Abstract
A 16-channel automatic device for carbonic termistor resistance measurements is described. It provides the measurement of 20 Ohm up to 200 kohm resistances in four automatically selected subranges at heat release in the termistor of 10(-12) 10(-15)W. The data from 6 thermometers are recorded onto self-recorder tape and put out on digital display. Resistance measurement accuracy is not worse than 0.5%. The device has remote control and parallel interfaces.
