Noise immunity of a quasi-coherent receiver of FSK signals with minimum shift
Abstract
The influence of synchronization errors of carrier frequency (CF) and clock frequency (CLF) on the noise immunity of an optimal receiver of FSK signals with minimum shift is analyzed. The sensitivity of this optimal receiver to phase desynchronization (PD) of CF and CLF is practically the same as that of De Buda's (1972) conventional receiver. It is also shown that the sensitivity of the optimal receiver to PD of the Cl is significantly higher than its senstivity to PD of the CLF.
