Use of light-emitting dipoles in a pulsed regime in infrared imaging systems
Abstract
The possibility of using GaAP and SiC light-emitting diodes in a pulsed regime is analyzed. The use of GaAsP light-emitting diodes, not requiring the use of electrical signal storage circuits when operating in the commutation regime, is shown to be efficient.
