Three-dimensional microwave integrated circuits
Abstract
The theory and applications of three-dimensional microwave integrated circuits are presented in a systematic manner. In particular, attention is given to an analysis of current trends in radio electronics, the fundamentals of the computer-aided design of three-dimensional microwave integrated circuits, characterization of various types of transmission lines for microwave integrated circuits, and modeling and calculation of regular striplines and their inhomogeneities. The discussion also covers transitions between various types of guiding structures, hybrid bridges, three-dimensional multilayer filters, and applications of three-dimensional microwave integrated circuits in measuring instruments.
