Heat pipes in electronic temperature stabilization systems
Abstract
The principal characteristics of the thermal processes occurring in conventional and gas-controlled heat pipes are examined. The fundamentals of the thermal analysis of thermostatic control systems with heat pipes operating under conditions of various destabilizing effects are discussed. The possibilities of using heat pipes for the thermostatic control of individual elements and units of electronic equipment are demonstrated.
