Photoconductivity of phthalocyaninato-mu thiagermanium(IV) (PcGeS)x
Abstract
Photoelectric properties of polymeric germanium phthalocyanine, (PcGeS)x, have been measured. Experiments in surface-type photocells show that photocurrents depend on temperature, intensity, voltage and wavelength. Photoconductivity action spectra recorded between -78 and + 93 C exhibit structures in the visible and near-infrared regions, indicating photoeffects in (PcGeS)x in the absence of thermal or bolometric disturbances.
