On the accuracy of measurements of spectral coefficients of extinction.
Abstract
Simultaneous spectrophotometric observations of stars with two closely situated telescopes of essentially different diameters (D = 200, 600 mm) did not show systematic differences in the determination of the spectral coefficients of extinction and enabled a numerical estimation of the mean error of one measurement of the extinction coefficient. Recommendations are given for the organization of spectrophotometric observations.
