Self-pulsing and chaos in inhomogeneously broadened single-mode lasers
Abstract
Self-pulsing and chaos in inhomogeneously broadened single mode lasers is investigated in the framework of two models with 4 and 6 deg of freedom, respectively. The results of a linear stability of the time-independent states and some numerical solutions are given to show the various types of dynamical behavior which may occur in these models.
