Algorithm development for diffraction problems on the basis of a specialized method of nonorthogonal series
Abstract
Diffraction problems are considered for body-of-revolution scatterers of different electrodynamic structure: ideally conducting, dielectric, and ideally conducting with dielectric coating. A specialized nonorthogonal-series method for obtaining highly efficient calculation programs is developed for the axial incidence of a plane wave.
