Field near the front of a signal in a waveguide accomplished with dispersive plasma
Abstract
The propagation of an electromagnetic signal in a two-walled plastic waveguide achieved with isotropic, dispersive, cold electronic plasma is discussed. Asymptotic methods are proposed for the solution of dispersive hyperbolic equations. Parallel plane waveguide Green functions are considered. The results provide: (1) Green's function for a plastic waveguide achieved with a dispersion medium; (2) Green's function for a plastic waveguide achieved with homogeneous electronic plasma; and (3) a transitory function describing the field near the front of a signal in a waveguide achieved with heterogeneous electronic plasma.
