Characteristics of nonlinear resonance in oscillatory systems with ferroelectrics
Abstract
An analysis is made of the interaction of detunings of electrical and thermal origin in lumped and distributed oscillatory systems. Nonlinear detuning and the efficiency of resonant temperature stabilization are calculated for KTaO3 and SrTiO3 ferroelectric resonators. It is shown that the thermal detuning also determines the maximum operating power of quartz resonators.
