Compensation of transient processes in a two-stage amplifier during radio-pulse transmission
Abstract
The paper demonstrates the possibility of compensating transient processes during the transmission of radio pulses of duration tau with a rectangular envelope through a two-stage resonant amplifier. The duration of the transient processes can be made equal to 2(tau sub k) if at the beginning and the end of the radio pulse there are delivered to the input of the amplifier two additional radio pulses with the same duration tau sub k; one pulse follows the other without time interval, and the pulses have a rectangular envelope, matched in amplitude and phase with the amplified signal. An example of the practical implementation of the proposed method is presented.
