Detection of a spatiotemporal signal with scattering on an isotropic-noise-field background
Abstract
An invariant detection rule is obtained for a discrete channel model with spatial, temporal, and frequency scattering of the signal. The rule provides for stable detection characteristics in conditions of a priori indeterminacy of the channel parameters and the noise-field level.
