Investigation of the photoelectric properties of a channel detector of infrared radiation
Abstract
The photocurrent of a channel detector of infrared radiation is calculated. In addition, the derivative of the voltage applied to the p-n junction (when y = 0) is determined experimentally as a function of current for different incident-radiation powers (8.7 x 10 to the -11th W, 2 x 10 to the -10th W, 3.3 x 10 to the -10th W, and 4.6 x 10 to the -10th W).
