The statistical particle method in problems of the physicochemical kinetics of gases
Abstract
Direct statistical modeling is a promising approach to the computation of essentially nonequilibrium physicochemical processes. An efficient computation algorithm has been developed which makes use of equally representative imitation models. In such models, each component of a reactive gas mixture is represented by the same amount of particles, irrespective of the true concentration ratio and concentration changes with time. With the algorithm proposed, it is sufficient that each component be represented by as few as two particles.
