Channel electron multiplier and optically coupled amplifier used as an incident-flux monitor
Abstract
A system that performs monitoring of the incident photon flux for synchrotron radiation experiments is described. The system uses a channel electron multiplier whose output signal current, in the high voltage line, is accurately measured with an optically coupled isolation amplifier.
