Wideband signal processing for communication and radar
Abstract
The combination of digital and analog signal processing technologies in hybrid architectures can exploit the complementarity which becomes evident upon due consideration of these technologies' essential characteristics. Attention is presently given to the prospects for a combination of analog wideband signal processing with digital algorithm development that possesses the requisite accuracy and flexibility. SAW and CCD technologies are representative of the analog signal processors in question.
