Ballistic support of optimal conditions for the performance of stereo gamma-ray transient experiments on Venera 11 and 12
Abstract
Attention is given to the possibility of improving the accuracy of localization of gamma-ray transients by correcting the trajectories of Venera 11 and 12. It is shown that, in order to assure optimal conditions for the performance of gamma-ray transient experiments, it is necessary to implement an earlier correction of the Venera 11 and 12 orbits with maximum magnitudes of the correcting impulses.
