Optimal measurement of the coordinates of several radio sources in the case of a jumpwise tuning of the signal parameters
Abstract
The paper examines the problem of measuring the coordinates of several simultaneously operating isotropic radiators of PSK radio pulses, whose carrier frequencies, durations, and repetition periods vary in jumpwise fashion from pulse to pulse according to a pseudorandom law. The passive measurement of the coordinates of ground-based radio sources relative to a group of flight vehicles is considered as an example. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm for signal processing in a passive multipoint measurement system assures a high accuracy of coordinate determination.
