Reception of digital signals under the effect of pulsed noise
Abstract
An analysis is presented of the noise immunity of receivers of digital signals that are optimal under the effect of white noise and chaotic pulsed noise. The problem of synthesizing an optimal receiver of digital signals received on a background of fluctuation and pulsed noise is examined. The characteristics of the synthesized device are compared with the characteristics of correlation detectors for the example of the reception of PSK signals.
