Numerical method for the analysis of an inhomogeneous multiconductor line
Abstract
A numerical method for calculating the elements of the transmission matrix of an inhomogeneous multiconductor line is described which is based on the numerical integration of a system of differential equations with variable coefficients. It is noted that the method is simple to implement and can be used in the design of various types of microwave devices using both homogeneous and inhomogeneous lines.
